Inspired by Pre-Raphaelite garden paintings and the romance of a traditional rose garden, this beautiful botanical design was created by Liberty’s in-house studio using gouache and watercolour. Large peony blooms take centre stage, their silky petals unfolding in delicate layers. A linen-textured background reflects the artwork’s rich tones, adding a soft, tactile feel. A Colourway has a warm white base and vibrant pink peonies.
