Exploring the rich history of gardens led the design studio to revisit Liberty’s own archive of botanical patterns through the ages. Marquess Belle is a harmonious fusion of two cherished prints: Little Marquess, a traditional garden design from a 1977 scarf, and Rachel, a timeless floral classic. Shifting between detailed linework and bold, overlapping silhouettes, the composition unveils layers of sharp contrasts and dramatic, large-scale shadows.Â
 Equally suited to delicate dresses and blouses as it is to refined menswear shirts and pyjamas or heirloom sewing projects, it brings a sense of quiet luxury to every project.
